I have never been great at styling my own hair. I do not know how to do braids or up-dos. I learned how to basically curl and straighten my hair. I tried to blow dry my hair but I didn’t have the dexterity to do it like the professional hair stylist. They make it look pretty easy right?

So I bought a random hair brush/blower dryer on Amazon one day, and it changed my life. It was easy to use, but my arms were feeling the burn for the first week or so! Now I can have my hair ready in 15 minutes, and the best part is I look like I came from a hair salon!

I used to let my hair air dry. I never put alot of heat on it because I do bleach my hair so it’s already damaged. When I straighten it, I let it dry first. Only straighten your hair makes your hair look flat and stale! I realized quickly that by blow-drying my hair it gave me volume that any Texas Blonde would be proud of sporting, but my hair was beginning to be damaged by the heat and was looking frizzy with broken ends.

That is when I began using products in my hair while it was still damp, and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Not only did my hair look full, voluminous, and professional; it also looked healthier and smelled GREAT!
